Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
Carryaroo is run by Vorrex Ignite LLC ("Carryaroo", "we", "us"). These terms cover carryaroo.com, the helper app, every helper's page, and the tracking pages clients use. By using Carryaroo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What Carryaroo is
Carryaroo is software. It gives independent people who run errands and do everyday tasks ("helpers") their own booking page, app, printed cards and QR stickers, so people who know them ("clients") can book them directly.
Carryaroo is not a party to any job. We don't employ, hire, supervise, screen or vouch for helpers, and we don't set their prices. Each helper runs their own independent business. Clients choose helpers and pay them directly. Any agreement about a job is between the helper and the client.
Carryaroo is not a ride service. Helpers may not use Carryaroo to offer rides or to carry passengers for pay.
2. Accounts
Helpers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 to create a helper account. Give us true information and keep it up to date.
3. The helper plan
- The plan costs a one-time start fee plus a monthly fee, as shown at checkout. Today that's $49 to start and $15 a month.
- The start fee covers setting up your page and printing and mailing 250 business cards and QR stickers to one address in the United States.
- The monthly fee renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account, then Billing. Your page stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Fees are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If your cards arrive damaged or wrong because of our mistake, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- If a payment fails, your page may be paused until it's fixed.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes start with your next billing month.
4. Helpers' responsibilities
As a helper, you are responsible for your own business. That includes:
- Any licenses, permits, insurance and taxes your work needs.
- Following all laws, including traffic laws, and driving safely. Never use your phone in a way that's unsafe or illegal while driving.
- Describing your services and prices honestly, and doing what you agree to do.
- Handling clients' money, items, homes and information with care.
- Not offering anything illegal or dangerous. For example: no rides, no weapons, no illegal drugs, no alcohol or tobacco for anyone underage, and only picking up prescriptions you are allowed to pick up under the pharmacy's rules.
- Only sharing photos that are needed for the job, such as a receipt or a delivery photo, and never photos of people without their permission.
5. Clients' responsibilities
As a client, give accurate details, be respectful, and pay your helper as you agreed. Don't ask a helper to do anything illegal or unsafe. Your helper may decline any request.
6. Payments between helpers and clients
Clients pay helpers directly, using methods like Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or cash. Carryaroo does not process, hold or guarantee these payments and takes no cut. Any refund or dispute about a job is between the helper and the client.
7. Live location, photos and messages
A helper can choose to share their location during a job. It's shown only on that job's tracking page, and only while the helper is on the way or out on the errand. Sharing stops when the job is done or when the helper turns it off. Photos and messages added to a job are visible to that helper and to anyone who has the job's tracking link, so clients should keep their link private.
8. Your content
You own what you add to Carryaroo, such as your name, photo, service list, messages and photos. You give us permission to store, show and process it only so we can run Carryaroo for you, including printing your cards. Don't add anything you don't have the right to share.
9. Fair use
Don't misuse Carryaroo. That means no spam, no harassment, no pretending to be someone else, no collecting other people's information, no breaking or overloading the service, and no using it for anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using Carryaroo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.
11. No warranty
We work hard to keep Carryaroo running well, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that location, arrival times and maps will be exact. Arrival times are estimates from the helper.
12. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Carryaroo is not responsible for the acts or omissions of helpers or clients, for any job, item, payment or meeting arranged through Carryaroo, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
13. Indemnity
If you use Carryaroo in a way that breaks these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll email helpers at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using Carryaroo after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
